However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to make changes or cancel your reservation. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with this policy.

  1. Reservation Cancellation: 1.1. Cancellation of a reservation can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer support team. 1.2. If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation charges. 1.3. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  2. Refunds: 2.1. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the following guidelines: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the cancellation fee. 2.2. The refund amount will be processed using the same method of payment used during the reservation.

  3. Changes to Reservations: 3.1. If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as altering the pickup date or location, you can do so online or by contacting our customer support team. 3.2. Changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any additional charges. 3.3. Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional fees.

  4. No-Show Policy: 4.1. If you fail to pick up the reserved vehicle at the scheduled time and do not cancel the reservation in advance, it will be considered a no-show. 4.2. In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

  5. Vehicle Return: 5.1. Please ensure that you return the rented vehicle on or before the agreed-upon return date and time. 5.2. Late returns may be subject to additional charges, and the rental duration will be charged on an hourly or daily basis, as per our standard rates.

  6. Vehicle Condition: 6.1. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was provided, with a full tank of fuel. 6.2. Any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear will be subject to repair fees, which will be charged to the renter.

  7. Force Majeure: 7.1. ‘The Car Rental Company’ shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes to reservations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
